A 40 year advertising executive, Michael retired and decided to pursue his real passion, music. In his early years, Michael played in small town bands and wrote many of the songs his bands played. He never lost the desire to write great music. During his advertising career, Michael wrote and produced thousands of television and radio commercials. In 1990, along with his good friend Jock Blaney, Michael started a band called 2NU was signed to Atlantic Records and released a song called “This is Ponderous” that climbed to #44 on Billboards Top 100 Radio Charts. After being released by Atlantic, 2NU independently releasd an album titled 2NU2.com in 1999. A featured song called Crossroads was used by Johnny Walker for a commercial released in Europe. Michael is excited to be focused on producing his own music and is looking forward especially to his latest release, a Contemporary Christian album titled Solid Ground.
